History
Austek Roads was established in 2010 by Peter Ozoux and Colin Price and initially operated as an Asphalt bobcat service in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane. Austek Roads quickly grew and by 2012 had evolved beyond plant hire into a comprehensive asphalt provider. Over the years, Austek has undergone significant growth in the South East Queensland region and today operates with over 100 employees, and an ever growing fleet of plant and equipment. In 2023, Austek was acquired by Maas Group Holdings, an ASX listed, diversified construction materials, equipment and services provider – unlocking further growth and opportunity for the business.
